Terms and Conditions

  • Room rates are subject to 15% GST and 5% Bed Tax per room per night.
  • Check-in time is 1400 hrs; early arrival subject to availability. Before 0800 hrs, previous night will be charged.
  • Check-out time is 1200 noon. 50% rent will be charged for check-out after 1200 to 1800 hrs; full rent after 1800 hrs.
  • All non-guaranteed reservations are tentative unless guaranteed by credit card, letter, or deposit.
  • 48 hours cancellation / Amendments are requested in writing otherwise one night’s NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION will be applied.
  • In case of query, please contact the Reservation Department.
  • Breakfast is complimentary from 08:30am to 10:30am.
    • All Payment would be charged from the Guests at the time of check-in.
