Terms and Conditions

  • Our check-in time is 1400 hrs. In-case arrival is before 1400 hrs and after 1600 hrs, room will be subject to availability unless guaranteed. If check-in before 0800 hrs, previous night will be charged.
  • Our check-out time is 1200 noon and please note that 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late checkout from 1200 noon to 1800 hrs. After 1800 hrs full night room rent will be charged.
  • All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card / company letter or advance deposit.
  • We take 100% advance payment prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation and refund policy:50% refund if cancelled 15days before arrival,No refund if cancelled less then 15 days of arrival.
  • If flight is cancelled on day of arrival? :Guest has to provide proof of ticket with name,If proof is provided, guest can use amount deposited within one fiscal year to rebook on prevailing rates.
  • If there is a landslide on the route on day of arrival?Luxus Hunza will confirm with NHA regarding landslide, if NHA confirms landslide guest can use amount deposited within one fiscal year on prevailing rates.
